Not happy with the original cost of the service though the clogged toilet was no longer a problem.
The cost of the repair was, in this writer's opiniion, excessive. A call to your company was returned by Andy M. who was most accomodating. He promised a "senior discount" and a rebate of the standard house call. I have yet to recieve the refund but feel confident that it will be given as promised.
