Plumbers knows their trade, except they do make short cuts. In two days they said the job is done giving me a walk thru but not on the ones they skipped. Later I saw the old front yard water faucet is still there only half pex tubing and half old copper pipe.. plus the faucet turns when you turn the handle. Not acceptable.. To start with there's no written job description .. all verbal including the estimate ... removal and replacing of all old copper pipes with pex pipes. Accordingly all the copper pipes will be remove; some but not all. Finally get emailed contract on the third day when we're paid in full. I spend some time cutting the pipes with the pipe cutter until the sheet rock patch-up man overtake on his job. And today, Friday afternoon October 12, 2018 there's a water leak in the basement water closet. Leak is from the old shut off valve connected thru the concrete wall. The copper pipes are not replaced up to about eight inches passed the water meter. Again I have to call their office for appointment to get the plumbers to come back to do the job right. Customer not happy.
