I have monthly service contract to cover minor repairs. Of course, the latest service was not covered. Plumber took less than 1/2 hour to repair small part inside shower faucet and the cost was $350. Should have been a plumber...paid more than high cost attorneys. Requested owner to call me, but ignores request. Manager said that was cost for the job and not billed by the hour. Manager said we had a excellent plumber and works quickly but another plumber may have taken 2 hours. Really???? does that make any sense? No, it doesn't. Let's just rob the customer. Stay away from Ben Franklin plumbing
