I usually do not write reviews but after my last experience with Comfort First, my experience was worth the review. After 6 visits and 2 companies I started to lose faith in Comfort First. The first tech at Comfort First came to my home twice, ordered the wrong part, and left my air conditioner parts in shambles. The second tech, after being almost 2 hours late finally called me to say he would contact his dispatch to get me an appointment for first thing in the morning since the weather was bad. Sadly, I did not receive a call back until after I contacted the company the next morning and left them a voicemail. Finally after a month without central air and a ton of minor fixes that did not work I got the right guy! While I do not have pleasant things to say about the company I did want to take the time to recognize Terry a Senior Service Tech with Comfort First. Terry was extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable and the only service tech to actually appear to care. Most importantly, he was the only Service Tech to get my central air working. Terry would be the only reason I would use Comfort First in the future. Thanks to Terry!!!! You are the meaning of exceptional customer service!!!
