I would give Comfort First Heating and Cooling all the higest ratings because of their knowledge, their honesty, and their fairness in pricing. They are 100% up front all the time, and they always show up on time. I have a home service warranty and was directed to Comfort First through that when I had some trouble with my AC. Comfort First actually fixed a problem that the other AC company created and they fixed it without needing to replace any parts. What happened was that our AC system holds 12 lbs of freon, which is the refrigerant. They came out and my valve was stuck shut. They took 15 lbs of freon out of my system before they got back down to the 12 lbs. that it is designed to hold. Apparently the other company just kept pumping freon into the system until it was 15 lbs. over capacity.

Price is not a problem at all, in fact after they fixed this problem for me I signed up for their whole yearly maintenance program. So now I have them come out twice a year to check out the system, clean it, and all that. When you call their office they're 100% professional and polite. There was no doubt in my mind that they were the right choice. I've never seen a company this professional before.
