I really like that you can see your car being worked on via photos and able to ask questions via email. The response of the email could improve and the accuracy of the information given to your questions. Example: First I was told I had damages when I asked for detail and amount , their answer was no you have no damages but when I went to pick up my car I saw the check and received a new invoice listing damages that I was told I didn't have . Talked to Bob (Owner) and he explained everything. So my experience was affected by the inaccurate information.
