We called up McKay's Heating & Cooling back in June because we were having some trouble with our air conditioner. They came and looked at it and they were able to fix the problem right away. We were very impressed with how quick they took care of the problem. Their customer service person was very nice and told us about a maintenance program we could sign up for to have them come out regularly to inspect our AC and furnace. We signed up for it and they came out again for a routine service call. I didn't have to call them, they called me. They are just phenomenal. They are friendly and professional. They do their job well and they do it quickly. We are very pleased with their services. We are trying to sell our house and the inspector wanted the furnace looked at so we had McKay's come out. They said it needed to be replaced. Well, I wasn't in town at the time but I totally trusted them to replace the unit and gave them the go ahead. They had everything done by the time I returned. And, of course, they did a fantastic job. Their quotes have always been spot on, no unwanted surprises. I can't say enough good things about McKay's Heating & Cooling. I recommend them to everyone.
