I only used Rainbow Movers one time, I think one of my realty agents told me about them. I thought their rates were fair and they scheduled the move within the time that I wanted, I was selling the house so I didn't want it done right away. It took two days to move - one day to pack and the other to unpack. There were a couple of minor things that were damaged, I have a chandelier and a couple of the little glass hangings broke off, and there were wheels on a cart that I used to keep dog food in that were missing, but those things were minor. In their defense it was an excruciatingly hot day on the day they had to unpack. I would still use them again. The one thing I'll say is, the reason I didn't give 5 stars was because one of the guys who was working on the job seemed very young and very unhappy to be doing the job; I had labeled every box and every piece of furniture for where it should go, distinctly labeled and color-coded, and a lot of things ended up in the wrong place, I suspect mostly because of that kid. But the guy who was in charge was terrific and so were the other more seemingly regular employees.
