We relocated from Plymouth to Asheville after 20 years, so it was a big move and we had a lot of stuff. I scheduled with Rainbow Movers about 2 weeks before we left and they had no problem fitting us in, they scheduled the move on the day we requested. Their pricing was fair, and everyone we dealt with in Plymouth was very professional, from the person who came out to do the estimate, to the people who boxed everything up, to the movers and etc. They handled everything carefully and had everything packed up in about 5 hours on the Plymouth end. On the other hand, the crew that we got to do the move in Asheville was a nightmare; they banged into walls, one of the guys' shoulders kept popping out, and we had to use a shuttle service to keep going back to the truck to get things because of where we were moving to. They were just klutzy guys, we had a lot of stained glass and things we were nervous about, but thankfully nothing was damaged. So I would not use them again, but I would definitely go back to Rainbow Movers in Plymouth - they were wonderful and very professional, and I don't think they had any control over the crew that was used in Asheville.
