I had an absolutely horrible experience with Reliable Plumbing & Heating Services. I was having an issue with my system, so I reached out to them. They were supposed to call and give me notice when they were going to arrive, but they didn't. They just showed up to start diagnosing the problem. They looked at it and found out the part they needed wasn't in their vehicle, even though they say they always keep these types of parts. So they were going to have to leave in order to look for the part and come back. I ended up just turning them away and giving them their service fee. The estimate for the work came out to around $800, but when I went myself to buy the part needed, it only came out to $100. I will never use them again, and in fact, I would like my service fee refunded.
