Clean Sweep Chimney & Stove has been taking care of our chimney for years, and we have never had any problems at all. Most of the time, they just do the routine cleaning, and sweeping out of ashes that has to be done. Once though, they replaced the cage on top of the chimney for us. They are always very punctual, and if they are unable to be here at the time they promised, they call us and let us know in advance. That is very nice of them because sometimes things just happen. But as long as people stay in communication, that is what is important to me. And they do just that.

Another thing that I really like about Clean Sweep Chimney & Stove is that they are very careful not to make a mess while cleaning up the chimney. They always put a blanket down first, and when they are through, you wouldn't even know they were here!
