I have used Clean Sweep Chimney & Stove in the past to have the lining in the chimney replaced. When you call to schedule an appointment they do get you in right away, so really there is no serious wait time for an appointment. The most recent visit was to clean the chimney. They took everything apart and cleaned it, it's also worth noting that my husband also cleaned it prior. They were very nice and courteous and kept everything neat and clean while they worked. The service they provided is very good, however, I had a fire in the chimney about two weeks after the cleaning and I am unsure why this occurred. I don't know if it is a result of the new lining or something that I myself need to be educated on. My stove is an older stove and I am unsure if that is part of issue. I have been meaning to call them but just have not had the time. These are very nice people, I look forward to discussing with them the fire issue and getting advice, guidance and getting a resolution. I have referred them to others for their stove maintenance.
