Good Place for Bad Situation
The facility is clean. The care staff is wonderful. They really do seem to "care". Activities seem to be appropriate for these individuals. They have a set routine each day which decreases the possibilities of additional confusion for the residents. Management staff doesn't seem to interact much with the residents or family members. Overall, I would recommend Bear Creek MorningStar.
For anyone reading this review and trying to place a family member in memory care, I wish you GREAT peace. You will have so many concerns & questions. It feels so overwhelming and cruel. But it will be the best thing for you and your family.
