I have a family member at MorningStar Memory Care at Bear Creek, and she has been there for years. The staff there is very attentive and caring, and compassionate. In some areas, the staff has been there for years, but in some areas, there is more turnover. I understand that to be the case everywhere. But the new people are quite good, too. The food is very good, and the facility is great about accommodating people's needs in that area. The physical location is kept very clean, and the maintenance person always seems to be walking the area looking it over. The decor is nice, and the units are kept clean. The social activities programs are great . There are outings, and flower arranging classes, and music programs. The people who run the facility seem willing to make changes when that improves things for the residents. For example, changing the way people check in and out. All in all, I have been very satisfied with MorningStar Memory Care at Bear Creek, and so is my family member! It is just a wonderful place!
