MorningStar Memory Care at Bear Creek is a phenomenal facility. The staff has been fabulous. They are very kind to my mother, to me and to my family. My Mom acknowledges that they are sweet to her. They give her hugs and they are loving with her. They have been very responsive to me. If I call in I get a return call quickly. If I ask them to change the time for a medication they are willing to accommodate my request. Having worked in the medical field I would say hire more staff give them all raises. It is difficult to do what they are doing. Seems strange that now I have my Mom at a residential facility whereas I worked supervising residential facilities so I have now seen both ends of the spectrum. I am pleased with how they run things here, the staff is respectful and amazing. I absolutely recommend calling MorningStar Memory Care at Bear Creek if you are considering a facility for a loved one. The only tip I could pass on is if you are looking at residential facilities make sure that you look at all the options and how the staff is with other members so that you receive the good care that my Mom is getting here at MorningStar Memory Care at Bear Creek!
