MorningStar Memory Care at Bear Creek is a very beautiful place, with a wonderful environment. My family member has been there for over a year, and I am very pleased with them. The staff is wonderful, and they communicate well with me. If there have been any concerns, we have been able resolve them. They are very compassionate and caring people. They have met both her needs, and my needs. They seem to partner well with the hospice people to provide care when necessary. If I had anything to say about improving the situation, it would be concerns that sometimes there is less staffing than there should be. But I think that is an industry wide condition, and not just one here. Overall though, I am very satisfied with MorningStar Memory Care.
