Bryant Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical and Plumbing

Satisfactory

Bryant Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical, and Plumbing did only a satisfactory job for us. This was our first time using them. We found them looking online for air conditioning workers. We had them come out to work on our air conditioner because it was not cooling enough. The technician did show up on time and he was respectful of our home. Overall their pricing was fair. They were able to fix the problem about the unit not cooling properly although there was a multitude of other problems. The workers did not clean up after themselves. It took months of changing filters several times, several times of dusting and several times of vacuuming and mopping to clean up the mess they left not including piles of trash they left. We noticed that the unit was now making a very obnoxious, loud noise like a lion roaring when it was on. We had them enlarge the ducts thinking this would help decrease the noise. It did not. Additionally, their attention to detail work was subpar. They were not mindful or careful about the ceiling and details about where the vents were and the details. They did not cover any furniture so when they were doing all of this work my furniture got all dusty and dirty which I had to clean again (on top of the mopping and vacuuming that I had to do after they left). From what I have heard from friends and relatives now we should not have this lion's roar when the unit is on (or the sound of an airplane or for it to sound like a swamp cooler). What would I tell a potential customer? I would say you get what you pay for but I would certainly make sure to follow them around and tell them to clean up their messes before they leave. I would also have them test the unit more prior to leaving and if you don't feel comfortable about the noise don't let them tell you "it is due to the structure of your home that it is loud" and accept that as the reason you hear a lion or an airplane in your home when it is on. I guess we expected more. We are still hoping that Bryant Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical, and Plumbing will finish the job so that it is quiet (as it should be) without leaving tons of messes behind.
