I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner in 2016 and chose to sign up for the yearly maintenance for the systems. The last time, in November 2018, the technician that came to service my furnace left a drain tub unconnected and I had water all around it and was very disappointed that this leakage was probably going on for a week or so before I noticed it. I did call about it and you sent a different technician and he took care of it, but I still had the water on the floor and along wall areas that probably didn't do me any favors. I recently sent in my current payment for this years services and hope that you send me an experienced technician that won't allow that to happen again.
