Overall I am happy with Bryant service.

I was not home when the technician came this time but when he contacted me I asked that he confirm my 2 mini splits were working correctly since they don’t seem to pull the temp down very fast.

He said he would check. Maybe he did but he didn’t give me any feedback. The annual service is fairly expensive so I would be happier if I had some response to my request
