I called to have Bryant come out and get our A/C ready for summer use. Donna scheduled us for May 23rd. When Mom told me when it was scheduled I was concerned because, at that time, it was over 3 weeks out and Mom is 91 and I was hoping to have an earlier scheduled time. So I called Bryant and talked to a Donna, she said she would put us down for an earlier time if it became available, it did and she called back to reschedule it. She did a wonderful job of keeping us on the radar and satisfying my concern. The first technician was nice and must've completed most of the duties involved with getting the A/C ready for the summer use. But it wasn't cooling and I called back to Bryant and this time they send Eric Mitchell. He has been servicing our system for many years, even before when he was with Lehman. So he knows the system and found that there was something either turned on or not turned on and once that was corrected it started to cool right away. Eric is a pleasure to deal with, your company is very lucky to have both Eric and Donna. They both made our dealings with Bryant go very smoothly. Thanks for the opportunity to express our satisfaction with your staff we came into contact with. Needless to say we hope Eric can return in the fall to get our heating ready to go. In fact we're staying in touch with a Kevin Hanley about estimates for it. Don't let Eric or Donna go. They are great assets!
