Kyle determined we needed a new thermostat. He thoroughly explained the choices, and we talked about compatibility for when we may need a new furnace. Kyle pointed out to us that the AC speed was set at low. We requested him to set it at medium speed, the same as the furnace is set. Kyle has very good communication skills and was very efficient.
