Customer service was good and they cleaned up when done.
Techs were a little slow to start, but some of that was the weather conditions that day. I thought it took a long time but after asking friends it seems it was normal. The one thing I was frustrated with was they could not get the old unit to operate for more than a couple hours when I was on the waiting list for a new system.
