I've used them three times now because the first time I used them, they did fabulous work. That is why we went back the second and third time. I'm also using Minuteman for our heating and cooling because they're connected to Benjamin Franklin. We're in the process of buying a new house. When we move there, I've got both Benjamin Franklin and Minuteman on my radar. They're the ones I will be calling. I've given them as recommendations when other people ask me. The very first time we used Benjamin Franklin, it was for a slab leak. They had to reroute the water through the house, working closely with the insurance company. There were no gaps in the service and collaboration between the two companies. The long and short of it is that Benjamin Franklin Plumbing & Minuteman Heating and Air both do a very good job.
