I've been very pleased with the service provided by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing & Minuteman Heating and Air. I've used them for years and have a maintenance contract with them. The man was just here recently to check everything out. He was very nice and polite. He went up to the attic and checked things out. He thought that my heater was running too much and that it needed more ductwork and insulation. Someone from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing & Minuteman Heating and Air called me yesterday to give me an estimate for that. He asked how many outlets I had, and I counted twelve. Then he gave me the estimate, which I thought was stunning. I just had my Lennox installed five years ago, and I've been very happy with it. My electric bill dropped significantly after it was installed. If I do the work that was suggested, I would have to draw from my savings, which would leave me less money to live on. I don't think I need to do anything more.
