I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing & Minuteman Heating and Air for years and years on both my personal residence and my rental properties. They are very professional people and they always do a good job for me. There was an ice storm here this winter and the ice froze up my tankless hot water system. They installed a new tankless system for me and they have been trying to work on a reoccurring manufacturing problem with the new unit.
