I'm totally satisfied with the service I've gotten with Benjamin Franklin. I bought a new Lennox A/C heat unit about a year ago and had a problem with the compressor. Because it was brand new it was covered by Lennox warranty. Your company has been excellent in handling and fixing the problem. Last week I called to have it checked because it was not getting cold when it got to 100 degrees. Gary came out to put in a new filter, and I think it is working better. I'm still a little unsure about the heat problem because when it got over 95 degrees, the gauge showed it was getting hotter in the house instead of colder the day after. The next day it was holding at 72 with 101 outside. For now I'm ok and giving the problem a few more days before I can say the problem is fixed for good. Regardless of what happens. I can depend on BF to do what right to fix the problem until I'm completely satisfied. The people who work for you are dependable and honest. Because of that I have complete trust in your company to always do what's right. Without trust you have nothing and I do trust your company. Keep doing the fine work you do and you will always have me as you customer.
