Ben Franklin has always done us a good job. Some say they are a little expensive. For the quality, professionalism, courtesy, it is worth it. The total experience received only a good due to who they recommended to work on the water damage. Never, never recommend Dry Force, again!! Yes, they made sure it was dry. The business office, is rude! Our insurance check must go through our Mortgage company before it goes to Dry Force. We were told they are very acquainted with our Mortgage company. Then, call them and quit insinuating we are crooks. For all they project, it makes me question their integrity!
