They "waive" the service-call fee if you buy the service; however, the service fee is, in my opinion, extremely overpriced. With that said, at least the job gets done right the first time! I would say for small plumbing jobs, use a small business that has a smaller price tag. For large plumbing issues, Ben Franklin plumbing is the best way to go! Great job!
