Work well done. Staff was customer-focusesd throughout. A nice touch: I'd asked for the damaged part (a door) to be put in the back of my car, as it was needed for evidence in the accident investigation; in doing so, staff taped cardboard around the edges to protect it from potentially snaring on the inside of my car.
