I was surprised throughout the time my care was being repaired with the updates via e-mail and phone as to at what stage we were at with the repair. I thought this was pretty nice and strange at the same time since no other service provider does this. Love it. My husband has been using Interstate for the last three cars he has owned and there wasn't even a question as to who to go when my car got dented. Didn't have any problems or issues. All around a good relationship and a quality repair. Interstate even washed my car and it looked great!
