I can't say enough about how well I was treated at King Collision in Pembroke. Every person I came in contact with made me feel like a truly valued customer. The ladies in the office were so kind and delightful, and put me at ease immediately. And when my car was declared a total wreck and I needed to clean it out, I was not just told where the car was. It was a rainy day, and I was able to drive out back where my wrecked car was parked. My plates were removed and given to me. Then the young gentleman held an umbrella over me while I packed up my trunk. Then he moved all the piles of stuff I'd accumulated to my rental vehicle!! But he gave ME the umbrella so I wouldn't get wet. I'd say from beginning to end, they turned a bad situation for me into a truly memorable service event. I would ONLY recommend King Collision to anyone needing exemplary service.
