A few years ago I put down some carpet in a large basement room that required two seams. I cannot seam carpet, but lived with "the gap" until we were thinking of putting down new (laminate) flooring), even though the carpet (commercial quality) was just fine except for "the gaps." After checking online for carpet repair, we noticed your company and thought there would be nothing to lose because of the free estimate and the walk away as friends even if we did not use the service. When the installer said the problem could be easily fixed and it would "look good" when finished we "took the chance" and had the work done. We were more than satisfied with the work and my only regret is that I didn't have the work done a long time ago. Your company provides a valuable service, for which we are appreciative. Thanks.
