The contract was pre-paid by the other owners and Minuteman honored that contract for us, which was very good of them. I felt that the technician who came out told me the truth about what was wrong with the unit before fixing it. At first, they couldn't find the source of the leak, but they knew there was a problem. So they looked again and found a pinhole leak in the pipes. They fixed it and then tested it. We haven't been able to use our air conditioning yet because it's not hot enough, but I hope that fixed the problem. We like the service of Minuteman Heating And Air so much we signed up for another two year contract. I really like their honesty and recommend them.
