I had a brand new AC installed, late 2016.. I used it barely one year... 2017.
They removed my copper tubing.... upon installation.. put in Plastic! It had holes in it, and was leaking.. so 2018 I was using window units, after paying a fortune for a new unit..
They were out and wanted additional money to Replace the Plastic Tubing.
I will Never use them again or Refer anyone to them!! It was a horrible experience!
