The good thing is that Minuteman Heating And Air has good customer service. I had them install a new air conditioner and furnace up in my attic and I am happy with the unit. However, one of their technicians didn't hook it up correctly and it started leaking. When I called them, they came right back on the same day and even left me with some extra filters at no charge. They also slightly chipped the staircase that leads up to my attic and they left a big mess behind that they didn't clean up. But everyone makes mistakes and the important thing is that they corrected the problems very quickly, as soon as I called.
