I called Minuteman Heating And Air to repair my air conditioner and had a good experience with them. They came out after hours, which I appreciated. They were very willing to help and didn't try to upsell anything we didn't need. They showed up quick the next day with the necessary parts and fixed the problem. It was a little disappointing that it took an extra day to get it fixed but that is understandable since it had been an after-hours call, plus they had to order parts. The technician himself was very nice and easy to work with. He was communicative and explained everything very clearly to us. He told us what to do throughout the night since work couldn't be done right then. Their pricing was very good; it seemed reasonable to us. They provided great service overall. This was my first time using them, but I would call them again if needed.
