Minuteman Heating And Air came in and diagnosed the problem, then they gave me some choices of what I could do and I chose what was best for me, which was installing a new furnace in the attic and an AC unit outside. They followed up and the first service guy actually even came back to make sure the service technicians did everything they were supposed to do. This was my first time working with them and I think I will call them again if I need to becuase they seem to be honest and that's what I look for.
