I used Minuteman Heating and Air for the first time a few months ago. My memory of the whole event is that they were very helpful, courteous and arrived on time. I'd give them a favorable rating. The price was where we got bogged down. I did some comparison shopping afterward and I thought it was a little pricey. They do seem to be honest and knowledgeable and they put their best foot forward and that sort of thing. They have some financial packages and things of that nature to make it easier to finance, but I just thought the price was a bit more than I wanted to pay.
