We hired Minuteman Heating And Air to install a new $17,000 HVAC/AC unit in our house. The salesman are absolutely fantastic! They explained the whole process to us down to every detail. If we had any questions he knew the answers and didn't stumble to find them and was quick to respond. They also communicated wonderfully with my wife which I appreciated and was on point! The installation team arrived around 7:00 a.m. and did not finish with the installation until 7:00 p.m. or so later that night. My achilles heel would be the control panel which looks like a tablet being installed broken. This was one of the coldest days of the year and we really didn't have a way of turning on our system because the control panel didn't work. They were quick to get out the next morning with a replacement panel and everything turned out super. These folks bent over backwards to get this system in and everyone that I dealt with was super nice and friendly. The installation crew and the manager who frequently checked their progress were outstanding and did a heck of a job. I give everything a 4.5 star rating due to the one glitch (Achilles Heel) which I will say again was taken care of promptly the following morning. They have also been out several times to ensure that the system is running smoothly. Follow up care is great!
