WyattWorks Plumbing

It has been geat service with a few bumps in the road, waddle lee doodle!

Overall, I like WyattWorks Plumbing for its efficiency. We have recommended them a few times, including to my mother-in-law who was happy with them. They've been out here three times. The first time, we had a problem with a toilet. Another company had come out to take a look and then ghosted us. After that, we called WyattWorks upon hearing their ad on The Fish 95.5 radio. Edward arrived on time and gave us three options. He was prepared to do the job when we chose the middle option and the toilet has worked perfectly ever since. He was a nice guy. Then six months ago I noticed a leak from the main stack in the basement. I called and was told that they would send someone out to check for a clogged drain even though I said it was a leak. The plumber spent half an hour checking the drain and discovered it was indeed a leak. He was not equipped to handle a leak and left. I had taken time off from work but at least they didn't charge me for that visit. I liked Edward so much from the first visit that I called WyattWorks back and spoke to the manager about giving me a discount on the next visit because of time lost from work. The next plumber determined that there was only one good way to fix the leak and he took care of it. I also received a two hundred fifty dollar credit on that bill. The way I saw it, the manager really wanted to take care of the problem and admitted it was a coding problem on their end to classify it as a clog instead of a leak. They've had some internal conversations since then and upgraded their system. I was happy with the end results of both of those encounters and will use WyattWorks again.
