We have used WyattWorks Plumbing on several occasions, and we love Edward, the plumber. He is a very nice, upfront person, and easy to relate to. He explains things well, and he provides you options, too, when there is more than one way to handle a problem. Most recently, we had a drain leak in the basement, and we called them to either fix or repair the drain. Communications must have broken down, because they sent out the guy who clears drains. I was not happy because I missed a day of work, so I called them back and spoke to Gary, one of their sales managers. He apologized, and then sent Edward out to replace the drain line. He also discounted the work to make up for my inconvenience. I have a lot of confidence in their plumbing work, and in their willingness to make things right.
