Both Wyatt sons came to our house to personally see what the problems were, came back later that day to correct the immediate one, and explained in detail what our options were. We were very impressed with their attention to our concerns and the clarity of their explanations of what might be the causes of our situation. We still have a major part of the job on schedule (pressure-jetting sewer pipes, followed by camera views of the line), so fingers crossed for now.
