Ben successfully solved a blockage problem that had eluded a previous plumber. I was very impressed by his good sense and persistence.
In the end, it was necessary to locate a small, well hidden panel in a part of the basement that we rarely use. Then it was necessary to use 45 of the 50 feet Ben had available to snake the pipe behind the panel. Until that moment, it was looking as though I would have to do an expensive remake of our kitchen floor and pipes.
