I had a bad experience last year where my pipes backed up and so, it was 9 o'clock at night and I didn't know what to do, so I called Richard and he immediately set up a drain company to come out and he came and stayed until he was done with what he was doping and also, until the drain people left because I didn't know them. He is a very nice gentleman.
