We had always had Jose come service our furnace/AC but this last time he was not available, and due to the heavy snow, I figured I'd not see anyone, but Ray came and was just as courteous, kind and knowledgeable as Jose and I was very pleased with his work and the time he took to check our unit and replace a relay that was going out.
