Too steep rates increases each year despite zero inflation

Not too happy with the rates increases despite zero inflation for last 8 years!!!!!!

Unfortunately major expenses like property taxes, utilities, insurance costs and maintenance costs continue to rise each year, so we need to cover some of those costs in order to maintain our high quality.
