Thank you for your feedback! For a small business like ours, the feedback of our customers is the best way to know if we are living up to our expectations. We would like nothing more than to keep the rates the same each year, but unfortunately rapidly rising maintenance and utility costs force us to make some adjustments. We still take pride that we have the lowest rent increases of any self storage facility in our area. Thanks again for your kind words.
