I have used Award Self Storage for several years, and the people there are nice and helpful. And they keep the facility clean. The only issue that I have ever had was when I fell behind on my bill, and there was the possibility of my things being auctioned off. I got the bill caught up, but it looks like somebody went into the storeroom, and went through my things. It wasn't me, because I live now in a senior citizen facility, and I have to have help from my family to go there. I have to have help to even lift the door open. So, somebody was in the unit, and the people at the front desk say that it was not them. Other than that, everything has been fine.
