We've been with Award Self Storage for eleven years. We needed some temporary space in our apartment for some kids that we agreed to take for a week. That turned into a summer, then even longer. We had to make accommodations for more of our stuff to have room for them. I totally recommend Award Self Storage. I think they've provided great service. The only thing is they don't have to be so quick with the judgment. My son also has a storage unit there which is overdue three hundred dollars. Mine also came up for judgment because I'm having some problems. We've been consistent customers for a long time, and we know we own them money, but we still get a certified letter, That's an irritant because it costs money. I understand their late fees which are reasonable and their higher rates because the whole economy is going up. Besides that, the climate control is great. The building feels safe and secure, and I know my stuff is fine there.
