We have used Award Self Storage for a while, and the people there are super, super friendly. Once, years ago, a pipe broke in our unit, and we cleaned it all out. They gave us two free months rental for the inconvenience. We have always been happy with their response. If we have trouble pressing the numbers to get us into the facility, they come outside and help us. We really appreciate that. They are wonderful people, and we have already recommended them to our friends!
